200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training
More than a certification. A life-changing journey.
Becoming a yoga teacher is about much more than learning how to lead a class.
It is about transforming yourself while developing the knowledge, confidence, and skills to help others transform their lives.
Whether your dream is to teach professionally, deepen your own practice, or immerse yourself in the authentic traditions of yoga, our Yoga Alliance-recognized 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training provides the foundation to begin that journey.
At Académie Om, we believe yoga is far more than physical exercise. It is a complete system for living with greater awareness, health, purpose, and inner peace. Throughout this training, you'll experience yoga in all its depth—from asana and anatomy to meditation, philosophy, pranayama, and yogic lifestyle.

Continuing Education Courses
Elevate your teaching practice with our continuing education coursers that you can pick la carte as per your interests.
Our Continuing Education courses are open to everyone, whether for professional development or personal enrichment. Participants who already hold a 200-hour yoga teacher certification will receive a diploma upon completion. Those who are not yet certified may still attend and, if they later complete a Yoga Alliance–certified 200-hour teacher training—at our school or elsewhere—they may then request their diploma for the Continuing Education course.
