  • Marma: Ayurvedic Acupressure Points

This two-part massage begins with a polarity treatment designed to balance the subtle body and free the energy pathways. The massage continues with marma point therapy, a healing art from the Ayurvedic traditions of ancient India. There are 108 major marma points in the body. Each point has its own intelligence and consciousness, performing a work of coordination with the body and mind. In this ancient form of treatment, dating back to between 1500 and 1200 BC, the therapist uses his fingers to stimulate marma points, thus encouraging the body to undergo physical and mental rehabilitation. Much like acupuncture, these points correspond to internal organs and various body systems, which respond to manual stimulation. Marma Chikitsa (marma point treatment) balances the flow of energy in the body via specific channels called nadis.
Contraindications: Avoid alcohol and caffeine on the day of your treatment. Not recommended during menstruation.

  • Thai Reflexology is a deeply relaxing and rejuvenating foot massage technique rooted in traditional Thai medicine. By applying gentle pressure to specific points on the feet and lower legs, this therapy stimulates energy lines (Sen) and promotes balance throughout the entire body. It helps improve circulation, relieve tension, support organ function, and create a profound sense of calm and well-being. Ideal for anyone seeking stress relief or a natural energy boost.

Testimonials

My daughter had had a long day at school and wasn’t really looking forward to her acupuncture appointment—but she came out of it gushing with positive things to say, super relaxed and happy. She can’t wait until next week. Thanks, Dominique!
