Hi there, my name is Kevin H. and I wanted to tell you about my experience at your spa.
I was in Montreal for some workshops pertaining to my line of business and in need of a deep tissue message. I found your spa close to my hotel via google maps and decide to take a drive on Tuesday night when I arrived in town only to find out that there were no available appointments. Instead I made an appointment for Wednesday night at 5pm after realizing I was probably wasting my time trying to find something last minute. The next morning I realized I could not make 5pm since my workshop would just be ending. I called and spoke with Chelsea who was very accommodating and professional when I asked to push my appointment 30 mins. She took my info and told me she would see what she could do. Within an hour I received a text that all was good and I can come for my 60 min deep tissue at 5:30. Thank you Chelsea!

The real reason I was compelled to write this note is because of Monique and her talent. I get massages regularly and I am a fairly big guy who likes a fair amount of pressure to release the tight spots and get rid of the knots. I can tell you that I have never been so impressed and satisfied with a back massage. I have definitely had great massages in the past but from our discussion before the massage to the delivery on the table it was a perfect experience. I looked on your website to see if there was a place for testimonials or reviews and was sad to see that there was not. Even still I felt the need to share my experience with you, if only to make you aware of the GEM of a professional that you have in your spa. My only regret is that I live in Ottawa and was unable to take advantage of the BUY 3 promotion you have at your spa. Having said that I am sure I will return.

The location is in a wonderfully peaceful part of Pointe-Claire and it makes one feel comfortable and relaxed before even stepping in! Wonderful vibe with wonderful people working there! :)

This yoga studio has a wide variety of classes, experienced instructors, plus knowledgeable and very friendly owners. The location is favourable, whether you drive, bus, or walk from Pointe-Claire village or nearby Cedar Park. The atmosphere is always warm and welcoming, and there are a variety of community activities if you'd like to meet other students and yogis. They also have a variety of massage therapies, offered in a cozy and quiet setting. You can even pick up a snack after class, buy a new yoga mat, or browse their selection of books on the practice of yoga and meditation.
I started going 2 years ago, trying out a vinyasa yoga class once a week. But once I realized how great yoga made me feel, I tried other classes and activities. Now I attend the Hatha yoga and Yin yoga classes 3 times a week, and fit in meditation when I can. The more time I spend at Om est, the happier and healthier I am!

“A welcoming space for families to practice together.”
 I took my daughters, aged 11 & 14 for one of the $10 drop-in classes on Friday. We were made to feel welcome from the very moment we stepped across the threshold. They have two yoga studios that can comfortably fit 10-12 students. We were 6 total, which was very comfortable. Tracy, the instructor for our class, made my girls feel very comfortable and she was very reassuring that we should do whatever we needed to make our practice our own.
They have many classes available during the week, including classes just for kids, just for teens, and for seniors with the aid of a chair (if desired) for their security.
Many payment option are available - per class, per week, and with discounts for packages and longer-term contracts. They also have discounts when you first join as well as discounts for students, seniors, and family members living at the same address.
They also offer Pilates (on break until September), meditation (free), and osteopathy, naturopathy, and massage for an added fee.
Now that the weather is nice, some instructors are taking their classes down to the waterfront to practice.
It really is a great place to go. My daughters (and I) can't wait to go back!

Everyone was so nice and welcoming, and the studio/massage room was clean, cozy and comfortable. I feel like everybody really went out of their way to accommodate me and make me feel comfortable on my first visit.
I have yet to take a yoga class here, but the massage I got from Nigel was really great, he paid a lot of attention to the areas a lot of other therapists often miss (base of the skull, really detailed work around the shoulders), and used plenty of pressure to really get those knots out. I'm definitely going back, I really felt fantastic after my session and for the first time in ages, my head feels like it's floating on top my neck, instead of it crunching down on all the bones and giving me neck pain. Highly recommended.

What a journey! When I first started thinking about doing a YTT, I was worried about getting a diluted version of yoga, like the version the girl in the Ghandi video might have gotten! However, I knew on day 1 that this would not happen at Om. I remember being given the manual and feeling right then and there the strength of that connection. It was so exciting to show up every day not knowing what was on the schedule and receiving so much. Every moment of that training was incredibly precious and powerful. Every teacher was an amazing source of inspiration and encouragement. I have rarely, if ever, felt so supported and uplifted in my life. I am usually uncomfortable in groups and very self-conscious but this sisterhood feels like home. It is not surprising that with such wise, loving and generous teachers as Antoine, Pamela and Michelle the vibe of the group would be so supportive and healthy. Hola! 😊 The teacher training experience was the most authentic training one could expect to receive. The training went beyond teaching the postures, but delved in the philosophy and spiritual aspects of yoga deeply and was a great intro for any one who feels a calling to pass on this knowledge to other people. For me personally I feel that many layers, creating limitations in my life, were shed during the training and not only did I learn how to teach yoga but advanced immensely in my own yoga and spiritual practices. In addition the group of students was fantastic and we created lasting friendship full of love and joy. Pam and Antoine are really the most amazing teachers on could wish to have. This was the actual 1st time of my life that I was in a learning environment feeling so balanced and at ease. Everything that I was learning was resonating throughout my whole being. I knew I was at the right place. It gave the tools to feel and live at peace with myself and the world.  Dear YTT, these past 6 weeks have truly been wonderful. This is an experience that I will cherish forever. And I have met all you wonderful people. I am so grateful to have you as my sisterhood. We must keep in touch and keep the fire lit! All my expectations of this program have been surpassed. From having such a great group, learning about Bhakti Yoga, and learning about “unveiling the truth” and turning inwards through meditation. I’ve experienced so many “aha” moments on this journey. So many memories I will treasure. I remember the warmth I felt going to the old age homes and putting a smile on their faces. And getting together as a group to organize our yogathon. What an amazing journey Om yoga teacher training has been! It has profoundly made me grow physically, emotionally, spiritually, and socially. Antoine’s sense of humour and in depth extensive yoga knowledge has made the experience a pleasant one. Pamela’s radiating presence and profound knowledge of yoga has taken this training deeper than most trainings available in Canada. The training is also very well taught, thorough​ and complete. All aspects are taken into account, from in depth experiential training in Asana postures (Hatha, Vinyasa styles) explorations of Ashtanga, Padma Sadhana and many more surprises came our way. Antoine and Pamela made a point to expose us to many amazing teachers in their respective styles. We learnt about the philosophical and spiritual aspects of yoga. We had group outings and challenges which were so rewarding and so much fun. I can’t stress enough how grateful I am to have taken this course. It came at a point where I really needed it in my life. This yoga training is more than a training in asanas (postures), it is heavily based in the rich history and knowledge passed on since the earliest times. The teachers are fantastic and have an incredible amount of experience to share. I improved my postures, learned new ones and did some things I didn’t know that I’d be able to do. I also learned a lot on the spiritual side of things. I really like liked learning about Ayurveda and the types of yoga. On top of the content and teacher in the course, you go on this beautiful journey with your fellow trainees. You get close and even spend time together outside of class. By the end of the course, you feel like have another family who welcomes you with open arms. :D Thank you so much.

I’m not sure where to begin… My experience has been overall fantastic. It’s incredible how much I was given... I find I got much more than a yoga teacher training. The one word that comes mind to describe my experience is LOVE! There is so much love at Om, it’s contagious :) Everything I learned brought me back to being more aware. Aware of others, aware of situations, aware of my behaviour and the impact of it all! The experience helped me to go back to my pure self and to listen to myself more. It was very nice to re-discover myself. The group was amazing and by sharing all our experiences, it helped me to grow even more. Over the past 8 weeks you have given me the feeling of being part of a warm family and experiencing what it is like to be a 4 year old kid again. It opening me up and it was exactly what I needed to bring my yoga to a higher level. Although sometimes challenging, it was a great practise to drop all my beliefs and knowledge that I acquired about yoga throughout the last years and just be open to new experiences. The Summer intensive YTT has been a transformational experience. My practice is deeper, more significant, stronger. I have made relationships on this journey that I will keep for a lifetime. Life changing. In my 28 years there has not been a time where I have felt completely and totally comfortable in my own skin. I am happy. I feel the light, I see the slight. My head and heart often burdened with pain, anxiety, let down, feel lighter. This training has just been transformative. I came here to deepen my practice and perhaps earn a living doing something I love. But I feel I am leaving with so much more. The love, comfort and sense of family built at Om is something I will cherish forever. My yogi sisters, and Antoine and Pam will forever be in my heart. I am not just leaving as a yoga teacher. J'ai adoré ma formation professorale! jèai rencontré de magnifiques personnes avec qui j'ai partagé des expériences sincèrement uniques. Je ressors des ces 200 heures tellement grandie, tellement en paix, tellement en confiance! On m'avait dit que la formation changeait les gens, mais je ne pensais pas que ça m'arriverait à moi. Merci pour le voyage qui m'a rammené à la source. Les dernières années je m'étais éloignie de mon coeur, mes racines, mon instinct. Je m'étais perdu. J'ai eu la chance de m'inscrire au cours "Yoga Teacher Training" qui a eu lieu d’octobre 2015 à avril 2016. Tout au long de la formation, je n’ai jamais arrêté de grandir en découvrant et apprenant des méthodes aussi simple qu’une respiration contrôler pour améliorer mon état émotionnel et vivre la vie tout simplement heureuse. This place is an oasis of pure love and passion. I always leave there feeling happy & at peace, and carrying that feeling throughout my day. That to me is priceless.
I did my yoga teacher training there, and hands down it is in my opinion the best place to learn a very well balanced yoga curriculum in terms of postures, styles of yoga, philosophies, breathing techniques & much more. The diversity of teachers and their backgrounds in yoga is one of a kind! I haven't heard of any other yoga school that has so much variety in a 200 hour YTT. And the community there is so loving and beautiful, everyone is warmly welcomed and cherished.
Also, the massages there are divine. I had one of the best massages of my life with Antoine. It's almost like he knows exactly what you need without even asking. He is so abundant and wants to give you as much as you can take. He is worth crossing paths with, even if it's not for a massage. You will still gain a lot from it. His wife Pamela is of the same caliber. She is so abundant with love, wisdom & delicious food! Please take one of her vegan cooking classes!! You will find yourself craving these high energy, flavorful, colorful, heart warming meals all the time!

The teacher training course provided by Centre Holistique OM was an amazing path of discovery for myself and our group. I was constantly impressed by the various aspects of yoga that our teachers has us explore and how we had the opportunity to work on various styles of yoga. Quelle belle aventure nous terminons aujourd'hui. notre parcours a été parsemé de fou rires, d'obstacles, de nombreuses connaissances, de défis, etc. Surtout, il a été rempli de joie, de bonheur d'amour et d'amitié. Ce que nous avons vécu au cours des 7 derniers mois est exceptionnellement inspirant! Notre bateau a quitté le port avec les capitaines Antoine et Pamela ainsi que plusieurs autres membres de l'équipage tout aussi important. Il y avait à bord 18 inconnus qui ont grandi et cheminé ensemble tout au long de leur formation. Une fois arrivé à destination, tous ont quitté le navire uni comme une grande famille. Mon premier contact avec Om fut par téléphone. Je parlais à un dénommé Antoine. Il était tellement gentil et compréhensible. Après cette conversation, j'étais certaine que je voulais m'inscrire au YTT. Ma première journée...waw...j'étais un peu stressé puisque je suis timide de nature, mais un callin de Pamela et Antoine peuvent bouger des océans et des montagnes!!! Quelle belle expérience et aventure. Les aptitudes de vie que j'ai appris ont changé ma vie. Je suis tout simplement heureuse et aime la vie avec tout ce qu'elle a à offrir. The calibre of the teachers participating and contributing to the training is astounding. Each one of them has their own specialty and strength and teaches with their own unique flare. The teachers are very generous with their time. Even outside of the training, in practising and following their classes, they take that extra time and attention for you since they know you are a teacher in training. The overall training is very well rounded. The training goes beyond Asanas and philosophy and touches on a whole new lifestyle. It focuses on how to approach life in general in order to live in optimal health and happiness.

The YTT training at Om provided me with far more than knowledge of asanas. Instead, we were exposed to yoga as a philosophy, a way of life and ongoing practice. Being introduced to so many different paths of yoga has inspired me to make this a lifelong journey. Our teachers Pamela and Antoine encouraged us to go beyond our boundaries (real or imagined) and forge bonds with our fellow students that will last a lifetime. It has been a beautiful 7 months!

I really enjoyed the teacher training at Om ! I was taken outside of my comfort zone many times. Antoine and all of the teachers have a way of drawing the best out of you. Sometimes I felt myself resist but Antoine was very observant and brought me back time and again. I started on this journey completely unsure of whether I was up for the challenge, of whether I actually wanted to teach and of whether I was “advanced” enough to be there… Now that I’m graduating, I have more confidence, eighteen new friends, a wonderful, supportive community and a desire to keep learning and sharing this wonderful practice. This teacher training taught me so much more than asana, cues and sequencing. I learned about yoga philosophy, lifestyle, community and generosity. The experience was at multiple levels. Some at the physical level; postures, asanas / some at the intellectual level: philosophy, sutras, anatomy etc. But the greatest learning was the digging into our own self… through the contact with the teachers, the other students; just the whole process was a deepening of our own understanding of yoga - a lifelong journey towards our own self. I was teaching yoga for 6 years as well as my own practice before I started my teacher training at Om with my Gurus Antoine and Pamela and I am so happy that I waited so long. Throughout the 6 years I knew I should get my certification but didn’t know where. I thought to just do it online or at the less expensive studio but I always hesitated for it always didn’t feel right to just get a piece of paper that says I’m a “certified yoga teacher” I checked out going to India but I didn’t feel it was the right time. So what do I always do when I don’t know what to do, I pray. So I prayed for God to show me my path and I waiting without worry and stress putting it in Gods hands. One day it just came to me and I remembered, I did one class once with Antoine and it all came together. I started my teacher training. Throughout the training I started to realized that this is not your everyday studio or teacher, that the knowledge that I am receiving is the roots that all goes back to classical yoga. The foundation is even deeper than the actual roots and that my teacher and his teacher Sri Sri Ravi Shankar are the same vibe and want the same things that I do. To heal the world, our planet earth through love. I feel so blessed to have had these amazing souls through my path of self discovery and I am finally at peace with what is coming in my future, for I have learned that I am truly alive in this moment right now. The present moment. The teaching, inspiration, knowledge and above all love that you have both shown me will stay with me forever. Words like thank you will never be enough for my Gurus. I have had the immense pleasure of following Antoine & Pamela on their yoga journey for about seven years now, first as a student and now as a newly accredited teacher. I cannot explain how lucky I feel to have met such wonderful souls. Their smile, their purity and their sense of community is contagious; the earth needs more individuals like them. Every project they take part in, every individual they meet only become better after having been in their company. Je crois que la TRANSFORMATION personnelle est probablement la première caractéristique des derniers mois. Autant la mienne que celle de mes consœurs. Transformations physique et spirituelle. De mon cote, sa m’a aide a grandir encore plus et rejoindre la sante physique et spirituelle et mentale. Aujourd’hui je sens que j’ai atteints une première étape de sante et équilibre. J’ai trouvé des outils qui vont m’aider a tous les jours de ma vie. Au fait c’est tout le yoga qui m’a amené jusqu’ici. I am really grateful for having had the opportunity to attend a yoga teacher training organized and led by Pamela and Antoine. Their deep knowledge of all yoga-related subjects and their vast experience with different groups of students made a unique combination, providing me guidance, confidence and the right tools to use in my journey as a yoga teacher. Attending the Yoga Teacher Training at Om was a unique, wonderful and transformational experience. I remember hesitating if I should rally take this training at this moment. Things had changed in my life and I thought it was not a good “timing”. But there’s no such thing as “good timing”. Things will happen in life as they have to. “ Good timing” is now. So there were the two main learnings from this training: living the present moment and being grateful for it, and understanding that everything is so temporary and we are not under control. Now I get “chills” just to think that I could have missed this opportunity. it was that guidance I needed for my transformation, with the tools I needed. My only wish now is that I can continue this journey to achieve the real success in the words from Yogananda: “ inner peace and joy under all circumstances; and help other people find real success.” In some moments, it was not clear for me what I would “do” after the training, but as Sri Sri Ravi Shankar said, “yoga” is a mission and I’m ready to take it and share what I’ve learned and what I will continue to learn in many ways. Hesitation became gratitude. doubt turned to a clear understanding of my mission. Fear turned to confidence. This training was just the beginning of my transformation.

Where do you begin when trying to describe something that transcends the limitations of words? How can I describe a journey that has transformed me: body, mind and spirit? Well, here goes…
When I embarked on this course, I had one goal; to have the certification I need to teach yoga. I was already practising at Om, the timing was right, and I liked the fact that we would be taught by 7 different teachers. Beyond that, I didn’t know what to expect. Was I in for the best surprise of my life.
At the start of the first day, I had doubts. We were such an eclectic group...no one had the same goals. But in the end, I think that this has been the element that contributed the most to the true success of this course; the element that made this course truly unique and special. When I speak of my experience, I usually say that the most remarkable part of our training was that we were all treated and respected as individuals. We were encouraged to tap into our own strengths, face our weaknesses and create our own personal journey. We all found our “own” yoga, and that is the only “true” yoga.
From a personal perspective...I could go on and on for pages. However, I’ll just say this: yoga has seen me through the most difficult periods in my life. I’ve come to understand that every time I step onto my mat I change;physically, I become stronger and healthier, my heart becomes calm and clear. I now fel equipped to share that gift with others so that they too can step off their mats and affect the lives of their family and friends. 
I have found the strength to change careers in the hopes of continuing on this incredible journey for many many years to come. I look forward to what the future holds not only for myself, but also for the 11 people I have come to love and respect over the past months. Thank you...for everything, Antoine and Pamela. The Yoga Teacher Training at Om has been a life experience for me. When I received the communication from the studio, I was looking for this program; and had been asking around the yoga community if anyone knew where I could do teacher training and bring to others what yoga had brought to me. It was as though we were meant to connect. To me, it was fate to receive your email when I did. thank you Om for finding me :)
I registered, but became very concerned that perhaps I was not meant to be a teacher or that I had not chosen the right program. I decided to continue, and what I found at Om was not simply a 200 hour YTT program. I found Sangha and I found myself. We have grown together as twelve students, who were strangers, and became something more than teachers. We became a community of friends. It was an experience that I will never forget. The reason for this incredible experience is Antoine and Pamela. They have created much more than a yoga studio that gives teacher training, they have created a home for us. Mon plus grand défi, en entamant cette formation professorale, était de parvenir a intégrer ma pratique et le connaissances que j’allais acquérir dans ma vie quotidienne. Antoine et Pamela étant les gens si inspirants qu’ils sont, ont su me mettre en confiance et m’aider a faire le saut. Etant aussi une personne très indépendante de nature, l’idée d’évoluer en groupe n’était pas celle qui m’enchantait le plus. J’ai rapidement compris, en débutant le cours, que j’avais affaire a un groupe très spécial. Pouvoir être témoin de l’évolution de chacune d’entre elles faisant partie intégrante de l’apprentissage; quelle expérience inspirante de voir ainsi se produire, devant nos yeux, des changements de perception, d’attitude, de vie et ultimement, des changements qui auront un impact sur le monde dans lequel nous vivons.

La structure de la formation, la simplicité des enseignements, la diversité des sources d’apprentissages, l’attention personnalisée portée a chacun des élèves et, bien entendu, le grand cœur de Pamela et Antoine, ont fait de cette formation un moment très spécial que je suis si chanceuse d’avoir partagé un moment unique qui vibrera a jamais en nous. A un niveau plus personnel,  la formation m’a permis de grandir, de régler beaucoup de choses en moi et, je crois, de devenir une personne meilleure. Le yoga fait maintenant partie intégrante de ma vie, je parviens même a en faire profiter mes proches et compte bien de faire pour toujours. Apres avoir tente pendant longtemps d’avoir un enfant, j’ai aussi eu la grande chance d’accueillir en moi un petit être merveilleux qui naîtra dans moins de 6 mois, et je ne peux m'empercher de penser que la formation,le centre Om, Pamela et Antoine y sont tous pour quelque chose.
Cette formation m’a transformée, a transformé la vie de ma famille, de mes amis, et j’en serai éternellement reconnaissante. Que la vie est belle!

It can be a little scary changing careers in a lifetime. But I had decided to get back into the health field and decided that I wanted to become a massage therapist. I starting looking at my possibilities of massage training and education and I came across Vibration Om. After speaking with several other massage schools I had finally met Antoine who was soon to become my massage therapy teacher. He made me feel comfortable, no sales pressure like many others I’ve encountered. His humbleness and honesty made me realize this was the right choice for me.

I attended his classes and really loved that Antoine was 100% fully dedicated to make us great future therapist. He was always warm, very professional but always kept it light and fun. This week has truly opened me up: mind, body & spirit! I feel like everything I have held onto in my 28 years here on earth, I let go. I feel now ready to be the person I always wanted to be, the person I was intended to be, the person everyone saw on the outside can finally be the me inside me too! I feel so awake and aware of everything, how I see myself, how I see others, the battles they may be fighting, what my actions say about me, what I feed my amazing body and how it effects my mind and spirit. My mind is fully awake to new experiences ready to be used for more than just work. My heart feels full of love to give to all, my hands feel ready to serve. The right foot feels right to lead a healthy & exciting life. I am so excited to see where my life will go from here. Taking this course has been a great experience. My mind feels so peaceful, clear & relaxed after only three days. I've been longing for balance and trying to slow down. This practice will help me live more in the present moment and reduce my stress as I take responsibilities. It has helped me to come back to myself.

Ce que j'ai appris pendant cette semaine c'est beaucoup de choses importantes. Je suis touchée au plus profond de moi-même, avec ce que vous m'avez appris comme techniques de respiration. Je ne sais pas c'est quoi le secret de cette technique mais je sais que je suis complètement différente depuis que je suis ici. J'ai beaucoup de questions dans ma tête c'est pas simple pour moi. J'adore ce qu'on a fait et ce que vous m'avez appris à faire. Aussi j'adore la façon dont vous êtes, je suis une personne qui ne parle pas beaucoup et surtout j'ai tant de problèmes dont vous avez parlé. Être avec vous sans être jugé ou blâmé et savoir qu'on peut partager ce qui n'est pas bon et ce qui est bon sans être jugé c'est très important. This weekend I have felt like I went through every emotion. But as each day passed and we learned a new skill, I felt calmness in my life. I have lived with chronic stress for 6 years. My mind was always on the go, never ending thoughts. I knew I wanted to do something about it. Through breath I’ve managed to clear that stress away. I never knew breath could be so powerful and pure.

I have had a lot of stress in the last couple of years. My personal life has been really difficult. I have suffered from insomnia for a while now, I also have a lot of stress pains in my chest.  Since the second night I have been able to sleep at night and a lot of the stress and anxiety I had is gone. I have a new outlook on life. I feel I am more aware of things and am now learning to take my time before I think or act. The breathing is so calming and refreshing. The discussions help me to think outside the box. Thank you, you have made my Art of Living experience very special.

I took this course because I found myself being negative for no good reason at all! Now I can feel the sunshine even on a rainy day! Thank you guys for being so supportive and accepting. My experience was incredibly positive. It has given me the clarity, inspiration to be the best person I can be. I now have specific tools to deal with negativity & stress. I also have found a community of like minded people that I can collaborate with. This experience of coming together, sharing, strengthening is something I wish more people had the chance to do. This is my second time doing this course and this is seriously making a huge change in my life. First time, I was taking a lot of heavy garbage out, this time is truly a bliss. This course allowed me to identify and observe my fears and limitations. I am now able to laugh at them and overcome them. It helped me to re-center then find the real goals in my life through meditation. During the week, I shared good vibes with a wonderful group of people. Before this experience I was so insecure, unsure, unfocused, and unhappy. Now I feel like I can finally get out of the negative habits and cycles. Some experiences here were intense but I know that they were necessary! There really aren’t many words to describe how much or what I’ve gained. It is just a feeling of hope and love.
