The Art of Silence Course

Building upon the powerful practices learned in the Art of Living Course Part 1, this immersive retreat provides the ideal environment to disconnect from daily distractions, settle the mind, and reconnect with your deeper self. Through guided meditations, yoga, silence, breathing practices, wisdom sessions, and time in nature, participants often describe the Art of Silence as the perfect vacation for the body, mind, and spirit.
Prerequisite:Completion of the Art of Living Course Part 1 (SKY Breath Meditation / Happiness Program) is required prior to attending the Art of Silence Retreat.

Course Description
The Volunteer Training Program (VTP) is the next step for those who have completed the Art of Living Part 1 Course and the Sahaj Samadhi Meditation Course and wish to deepen their practice while becoming more actively involved in serving their community through the Art of Living Foundation.
Rooted in Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar's vision of creating a stress-free, violence-free society, this immersive program develops leadership, communication, inner strength, and the spirit of seva (selfless service). Through spiritual practices, group processes, and practical training, participants gain the skills and confidence to support Art of Living courses, organize events, and contribute to humanitarian initiatives.
The Volunteer Training Program is also a prerequisite for the Art of Living Teacher Training Program (TTP), making it an essential step for those who aspire to become certified Art of Living instructors.
