Discover the fundamentals of massage in one practical, hands-on session.
This introductory course is ideal for anyone who would like to experience massage training before committing to professional certification, as well as for those who simply want to learn how to give a relaxing, effective massage to a partner, family member, or friend.
During this 2.5-hour hands-on workshop, you will learn the fundamental techniques of relaxing oil massage performed on a massage table, including basic body mechanics, pressure, flow, and simple massage sequences you can confidently use at home.
No previous massage experience is required.

Language
Bilingual instruction in French and English.
Prerequisits
Participants must be 18 years of age or older.

What to Bring
Each participant must bring one person to practise on during the workshop.
All massage tables, oils, linens, and other necessary equipment will be provided.
Refund Policy
If you need to cancel your registration, you may choose between:
A refund, less a $50 administrative fee, or
A full credit for the amount paid, which may be used toward other Académie Om or Vibrations Om services.

Each session is limited to only 5 students to ensure personalized instruction and plenty of hands-on practice. Spaces can fill quickly, so we recommend registering early to secure your preferred date.
