  • At Vibrations Om, we strive to offer the most flexible cancellation policy in the city to accommodate your busy schedule. We understand that life happens and sometimes plans change unexpectedly.

    To ensure fairness for both our clients and our therapists, we ask for at least 6 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations within 6 hours of the scheduled start time will incur a charge of 50% of the treatment price.

    This policy allows us to:

    • Respect our therapists’ time and availability.

    • Keep appointment slots open for clients who are ready to receive care.

    • Maintain the quality and consistency of service you expect from Vibrations Om.

    We believe this approach strikes a good balance—giving you the flexibility to change plans when needed while ensuring that every client and therapist is treated fairly.

  • Our yoga management software is Momence (Data Privacy Policy) and our wellness appointment booking software is powered by Fresha (Confidentiality Policy). To book yoga classes or wellness appointments, you will create accounts using these client management systems.

    ​When you log in to one of these systems, you have access to your account and can decide what information you want to share with us. Generally for a booking, we need at least your name, phone number and email so that we can properly identify you. If you need help removing personal information from your account and the data associated with your account, please contact Antoine who has been designated as our personal data protection officer at  antoine@vibrationsom.com.

    If you have given Vi    brations Om and/or Academie Om your phone number or email address, rest assured that this information will not be shared or sold to third parties for marketing purposes.
