Whether you're brand new to yoga or looking to reconnect with the foundations, YOGA-1 is the perfect place to start. This beginner-friendly course gently guides you through essential yoga postures, breathwork, and relaxation techniques in a supportive environment.

  • Acquire the foundations to build a confident practice:

    • Understand the key principles of alignment and breath.

    • Learn how to safely modify poses for your unique body.

    • Reduce stress and increase flexibility, strength, and inner calm.

    • Understand the underlying philosophy of the Yoga practice.

    • Ask questions and receive personalized guidance.

  • Total of 10 sessions to learn and start practicing:

    • 6-week guided course to help you acquire a strong and steady foundation.

YOGA-2

Deepening Your Practice

These course are the natural next step for those who have completed YOGA-1, or for anyone who has learned the foundational principles of yoga independently. These series helps you build on what you know by introducing you to new styles of yoga that deepen both your understanding and your experience of the practice.

Each course session is divided into two parts:

  1. A Workshop portion where you learn key concepts.

  2. A full guided practice to embody what you've learned.

  • 6-Week Course
    With Carole Cousineau

    ​A dynamic and demanding form of yoga developed by K. Pattabhi Jois, Ashtanga Yoga consists of a series of postures linked by fluid movements (vinyasas) and synchronized with breathing, promoting strength, flexibility and endurance.

  • 3-Hour Workshop
    ​With Antoine Chacour Tinawi

    Developed by Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, this meditative practice is performed in rounds, each comprising three parts: asanas practiced in a slow and meditative manner, breathing techniques, and a 20-minute meditation.

    With Antoine Chacour Tinawi

    Rooted in the teachings of Swami Sivananda, this traditional Hatha Yoga sequence builds inner balance and awareness. It is structured  in four parts: Breathing techniques , strengthening exercises, slow-paced postures and a deep final relaxation.

  • 4-Week Course
    With Juliette Oliver

    ​This 4-week course offers an introduction to the foundations of Yin and Restorative Yoga. You’ll explore the principles behind each practice—Yin’s long-held, passive stretches that target the deep connective tissues, and Restorative Yoga’s fully supported postures designed to promote deep relaxation and nervous system regulation. Through guided practice, breath awareness, and stillness, you’ll learn how to slow down, release tension, and develop a more mindful connection to your body and inner landscape. Ideal for all levels, especially those seeking balance, stress relief, and a quieter practice.
