Sports Massage & Client Care

Part 1: Sports Massage Techniques

Enhance Performance • Support Recovery • Prevent Injuries

This course is designed for massage therapists who want to deepen their skills in working with active clients—from weekend joggers to high-level athletes. You will learn targeted techniques to improve mobility, reduce muscle tension, support post-training recovery, and help prevent common sports-related injuries.

Through hands-on practice, biomechanics fundamentals, and real-world case studies, you’ll gain the confidence to adapt your approach to each athlete’s needs and training cycle. By the end of the training, you will be equipped to offer effective, goal-oriented sessions that enhance performance and encourage long-term client wellbeing.

Part 2: Therapeutic Client Care

Personalized Follow-Ups • Client Empowerment • Holistic Progress Tracking

This course provides massage therapists with practical tools to support their clients beyond the massage table through personalized therapeutic follow-up. Participants will learn how to recommend targeted stretching exercises tailored to each client’s needs. These practices help extend the benefits of the treatment, improve posture, relieve chronic tension, and promote overall well-being. By strengthening the therapeutic relationship and guiding clients toward active participation in their own health, massage therapists become valuable allies in their clients’ journey toward physical and mental balance.
