At Om, we offer a wide range of yoga styles to suit your every need. Whether you are drawn to classic approaches like Ashtanga or Sivananda, or prefer contemporary styles like Vinyasa Flow, Hatha, Yin, and Restorative, we have you covered. We also offer specialty classes like Chair Yoga, SKY Breathing, and Meditation.

Our memberships and class packs allow you to practice in a way that suits your lifestyle—indoors or outdoors, in person or online, at room temperature or in a heated space.

  • Ashtanga Yoga is a dynamic and physically demanding practice rooted in a traditional series of postures that link breath with movement. This structured style follows a specific sequence, building strength, flexibility, and stamina over time. Ideal for those who enjoy discipline and challenge, Ashtanga offers a moving meditation that deepens focus and cultivates internal heat for detoxification.

  • Chair Yoga makes the benefits of yoga accessible to everyone, regardless of mobility or age. Practiced seated or using a chair for support, this gentle approach includes breathing techniques, stretching, and light strengthening. It’s an excellent option for beginners, seniors, or anyone recovering from injury, offering a safe way to increase flexibility, reduce stress, and improve overall well-being.

  • Also known as Vinyasa, Flow Yoga is a creative and fluid style where postures transition seamlessly from one to the next, synchronized with the breath. Each class is unique, often set to music, and can range from gentle to vigorous. Flow Yoga is ideal for those who enjoy variety, movement, and a blend of strength, grace, and mindfulness.

  • Gentle Yoga is a slow-paced, nurturing practice focused on relaxation, breath awareness, and gentle movement. Designed to soothe the nervous system and release tension, it’s perfect for beginners, those with physical limitations, or anyone seeking a restorative experience. This style emphasizes ease, comfort, and mindful presence over intensity.

  • Hatha Yoga is a balanced and foundational style that combines physical postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), and mindfulness. It’s typically slower-paced, allowing time to refine alignment and build body awareness. Suitable for all levels, Hatha offers a comprehensive introduction to yoga’s core principles and promotes both physical and mental equilibrium.

  • At Vibrations Om - Lachine

Hot Yoga is practiced in a heated room at 32°C, which helps warm the muscles, deepen flexibility, and support detoxification through sweat. Classes vary in style but often follow a set sequence of poses. The heat challenges endurance and focus, making it an invigorating choice for those who enjoy intensity and a deep physical release.

  • Online Yoga offers the flexibility and convenience of practicing from home or anywhere with an internet connection. These virtual classes range from gentle to dynamic and allow students to stay connected to their practice and instructors, even from a distance. Whether live-streamed or on-demand, online yoga makes wellness more accessible and adaptable to your schedule.

  • Power Yoga is an energetic and fitness-oriented style that builds strength, stamina, and flexibility. Inspired by Ashtanga but less rigid in structure, it offers vigorous flows with a strong focus on core engagement and full-body conditioning. Ideal for those who enjoy a workout-style approach, Power Yoga delivers both physical intensity and mental clarity.

  • We recommend Pamela's classes offered in all studios. Let her know you're pregnant and she'll adapt the class accordingly.

  • Restorative Yoga is a deeply relaxing and meditative practice that uses props like bolsters, blankets, and blocks to support the body in restful poses. Each posture is held for several minutes, allowing the nervous system to reset and encouraging profound physical and mental release. This calming style is ideal for stress relief, recovery, and emotional healing.

  • Sivananda Yoga is a traditional form of Hatha Yoga that follows a consistent sequence of postures, interspersed with rest and pranayama (breath work). Rooted in classical teachings, this style nurtures balance, vitality, and inner peace.

  • Yin Yoga is a meditative practice that targets deep connective tissues like fascia, ligaments, and joints through long-held, passive postures. Often practiced seated or lying down, poses are held for several minutes to promote flexibility and stillness. Yin Yoga complements more active styles and cultivates patience, introspection, and a profound sense of calm.
