Abhyanga Training
Ancestral Warm Oil Ayurvedic Massage
Rooted in traditional Indian medicine, Abhyanga massage is a complete Ayurvedic treatment designed to harmonize the doshas (Vata, Pitta, Kapha) and deeply rejuvenate the body. This course introduces participants to the art of Ayurvedic massage using warm oils, applied with long, flowing, and enveloping strokes.
Therapists will learn to adapt their rhythm, pressure, and choice of oils according to each client’s constitution and observed imbalances. Beyond physical benefits such as muscle relaxation, improved circulation, and toxin elimination, Abhyanga promotes emotional and mental balance. This sacred practice encourages meditative presence and attentive listening — fostering a deeply restorative experience for both the receiver and the therapist.
