YOGA-2
Deepen Your Practice
These course are the natural next step for those who have completed YOGA-1, or for anyone who has learned the foundational principles of yoga independently. These series helps you build on what you know by introducing you to new styles of yoga that deepen both your understanding and your experience of the practice.
Each course session is divided into two parts:
A Workshop portion where you learn key concepts.
A full guided practice to embody what you've learned.

This 4-week course offers an introduction to the foundations of Yin and Restorative Yoga. You’ll explore the principles behind each practice—Yin’s long-held, passive stretches that target the deep connective tissues, and Restorative Yoga’s fully supported postures designed to promote deep relaxation and nervous system regulation. Through guided practice, breath awareness, and stillness, you’ll learn how to slow down, release tension, and develop a more mindful connection to your body and inner landscape. Ideal for all levels, especially those seeking balance, stress relief, and a quieter practice.
