Whether you're brand new to yoga or looking to reconnect with the foundations, YOGA-1 is the perfect place to start. This beginner-friendly course gently guides you through essential yoga postures, breathwork, and relaxation techniques in a supportive, environment.

  • Acquire the foundations to build a confident practice:

    • Understand the key principles of alignment and breath.

    • Learn how to safely modify poses for your unique body.

    • Reduce stress and increase flexibility, strength, and inner calm.

    • Understand the underlying philosophy of the Yoga practice.

    • Ask questions and receive personalized guidance.

  • Total of 10 sessions to learn and start practicing:

    • 6-week at a fixed time of guided courses to help you acquire a strong and steady foundation.

    • 4 additional drop-in class passes to join anytime and establish your practice at your own pace.
