YOGA AT THE STUDIOS

Vibrations Om is a landmark yoga school dedicated to offering the timeless practice and lifestyle of yoga in all its aspects. ​All of our teachers are certified and selected exclusively for the outstanding quality of their classes. A pass at Vibrations Om will allow you to explore classes in different styles and will give you access to all our studios. 

Book A Class in 4 Steps

1. Book A Class

Check the schedule and book the classes you want to attend. You can filter the classes by studio in the bar on the left. If you are out of passes you can buy some at the same time while booking. 
If a course is full, add your name to the waiting list and we will contact you in case of cancellation.
​You will receive a confirmation email if the reservation has been made correctly.

2. Buy A Pass

Log in to our booking system to see how many classes you have left.
If you don't have any more passes, you can buy them when you book your lesson. Or buy them independently on our website here. Our passes are good for life, shareable and valid in all our studios.
Your pass will be debited after the class and not at the time of your reservation.

3. Cancellations

Places being limited, please cancel your reservation at least 6 hours in advance in order to free up your place:
1) Go to your profile in the tab: Manage Contacts
2) Click on Schedules and then on Switch to List View
3) Next to the class you want to cancel, click on Actions and then on Withdraw
If you do not cancel your participation but do not show up for your class, your pass will still be charged.

4. Guidelines

Always check your emails before showing up. We will send an email before the class if it should be cancelled.
You are requested to bring your own mat.
Please do not attend if you are experiencing virus symptoms. If we find that you have a flu, fever, cold or cough and you show up anyway, we ask that you leave and wait for your full recovery before returning.

Ashtanga • Flow • Slow Flow • Core Flow • Gentle Flow • Power Flow • Hot Yoga
Ashtanga yoga is one of the most challenging and demanding forms of yoga practice, based on a specific series of postures synchronized with the breath. This practice is the origin of many of today's flow styles such as Vinyasa yoga.
Vinyasa or Flow classes offer a quick and fluid sequence of postures, in synchronization with the breath. They leave room for the creativity of each teacher to vary the sequences from one class to another.
Other variations include Slow Flow (slower pace), Core Flow (with emphasis on core muscles), Gentle Flow (selection of more accessible postures), Power Flow (a bit spicier) and Hot Flow (in a well-heated room).
Hatha Yoga • Sivananda Yoga • Padma Sadhana • Gentle Yoga • Hatha Flow • Hatha Yin
Traditional yoga, also called Hatha Yoga, aims for the perfect balance between effort (HA) and rest (THA). Classes typically include breathing techniques, Sun Salutations, yoga poses held for about 5 breaths, and a final relaxation. The body stretches and strengthens and the mind calms down to the rhythm of traditional postures selected for their therapeutic benefits.
Other variations include Gentle Yoga (Hatha without inversions), Sivananda Yoga (Hatha following a specific sequence), Padma Sadhana (Hatha with breaths and meditation), Hatha Flow (mixing Flow and Hatha) and Hatha Yin (mixing Hatha and Yin).
Yin • Yin and Sound Journey • Yin and Massage • Warm Yin • Restorative Yoga
Yin Yoga stretches connective tissues and loosens fascia more than any other active style of class. The practice of deep, supported stretches held on the floor from 5 to 8 minutes in a meditative atmosphere will allow the body to relax, tensions to release and the mind to slow down.
Restorative Yoga is a gentle therapeutic style of yoga that uses different props to support the body in restful still positions. The focus of the practice is to restore the central nervous system and the internal systems of the body. Restorative Yoga is a soothing and nurturing practice that promotes the effects of conscious relaxation. Many props are used for optimal comfort. The class focuses on experiencing stillness to release physical and mental tensions in order to reach a deep state of relaxation.

At the Lachine studio we offer some of our classes in a room heated to 30°C.​
ONLINE YOGA
