Vibrations Om offers daily classes in the following styles:
Prenatal Yoga
For Prenatal Yoga we recommend Pamela's Gentle Yoga classes offered in all studios. Inform her of your presence and she will adapt the class for pregnancy. We also offer prenatal massages (which is suggested during the 2nd and 3rd semester of your pregnancy), post-partun osteopathy and osteopathy for babies. |
QiGong
Qigong is an ancient Chinese system for health that integrates standing physical postures, breathing techniques, and focused intention. One of the most important principles of Qigong is that it helps you to "feel the Qi," the life-force energy that flows in every person and in the universe. People do Qigong to increase vitality, heal their bodies, calm their minds, and reconnect with their spirit. |
Essentrics
Join us every week for an Essentrics fitness class led by Amanda Cyr, the seasoned instructor who certifies many Essentrics teachers in Quebec. Designed to improve flexibility, strength, and posture, Amanda's classes offer a harmonious blend of stretching and strengthening exercises inspired by ballet, tai chi, and yoga. Whether you're a beginner or experienced practitioner, Amanda's guidance ensures a rewarding experience that will leave you feeling rejuvenated and revitalized. |
To take advantage of the summer, we offer outdoor classes near our studios from June to September.

At the Lachine studio we offer some of our classes at room temperature and some of our classes in a hot room at 30°C.
