Join our prenatal yoga group classes or take a private class to learn how to adapt your practice so you can join any class offered (at normal temperature) afterwards.
We also offer prenatal massage which is suggested during the 2nd and 3rd semester of your pregnancy. |
Qigong is an ancient Chinese system for health that integrates standing physical postures, breathing techniques, and focused intention. One of the most important principles of Qigong is that it helps you to "feel the Qi," the life-force energy that flows in every person and in the universe. People do Qigong to increase vitality, heal their bodies, calm their minds, and reconnect with their spirit.

To take advantage of the summer, we offer outdoor classes near each of the studios from June to September.

At the Lachine studio we offer some of our classes at room temperature and some of our classes in a hot room at 30°C.
