  • Our yoga management software is Perfect Mind powered by Xplor Recreation (Confidentiality Policy) and our wellness appointment booking software is powered by Fresha (Confidentiality Policy). To book yoga classes or wellness appointments, you will create accounts using these client management systems.

    ​When you log in to one of these systems, you have access to your account and can decide what information you want to share with us. Generally for a booking, we need at least your name, phone number and email so that we can properly identify you. If you need help removing personal information from your account and the data associated with your account, please contact Antoine who has been designated as our personal data protection officer at  antoine@vibrationsom.com.
