Ashtanga Yoga is a challenging fixed flow sequence designed by Pattabhi Jois from Mysore, India. This 6-week course includes a 90 minute Ashtanga workshop to learn the practice followed by a 90 minute Ashtanga class to practice. This course is for YOGA-2 graduates or for those who already have a foundation in yoga and wish to go deeper.

I learned so much from you and about Ashtanga. I enjoyed learning the history and also the breakdown of each posture.
I LOVED the workshop and everything I learned is helping me so much in my practice! It has also inspired me to learn more about Ashtanga, breathing, and meditation. I really enjoyed going through each posture and learning the correct way of doing them, including the breathing and the gaze. If you ever decide to do another one, count me in!
What I enjoy the most about how you teach Ashtanga is that you make it accessible for all levels. I enjoyed the structure of the course where the theory was followed by the practice of the Ashtanga sequence. I appreciated the Om chanting at the beginning of our classes which made us feel like a united group. I also appreciate your personality so that makes any teaching of yours great!
