Course 3.2
Deep Tissue Massage 45h This course helps massage therapists be better equipped to release muscle tension and use new massage methods through the inclusion of knuckles, fists, forearms, and elbows. Emphasis is placed on proper weight transfer and safe and effective penetration into deep tissue. Condition-Specific Massage 50h This course helps massage therapists address the various specific issues and pathologies of clients (migraines, stiff necks, whiplash, capsulitis, tendonitis, carpal tunnel, lower back pain, hip balancing, plantar fasciitis, etc.) while remaining within the scope of massage therapists' skills. Dates 6 Sessions (15h) + Readings (30h) + Practice (5h) Sessions on Sundays from 11:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Sundays: Feb 9 to March 16, 2025 Sundays: Feb 8 to March 15, 2026 Sundays: Feb 7 to March 14, 2027 Required Readings • Simancek, Jeffrey.
