The Team

Vibrations Om is first and foremost a team of professionals who are passionate about their work.
Our team includes Yoga teachers, massage therapists, osteopaths, naturopaths, acupuncturists and Ayurveda technicians. We also have a team of teachers who pass on their knowledge in our Yoga Teacher Training and Massage Therapist Training. Our management team includes the studio owners, our administrative assistants and our volunteers who participate in our energy exchange program.

Antoine Chacour Tinawi is a direct disciple of the spiritual master Sri Sri Ravi Shankar with whom he travels, studies and teaches yoga in all its forms (postures, breathing, meditation, mantras, service and philosophy). Since 1993 Antoine has accumulated 3,000 hours of training in yoga and meditation with the Art of Living, Sri Sri Yoga, Sivananda Yoga, and Ashtanga Yoga schools. He also has continuing education in Yin yoga, restorative yoga, adapted yoga and chair yoga. Antoine is one of the first 10 teachers in Canada to achieve the Yoga Alliance E-RYT500 designation - the highest designation for yoga teachers - and was part of their Advisory Group for schools and studios. In 2008, Antoine left the corporate world, where he worked as an IT project manager, to dedicate his energy to volunteering full-time with the Art of Living Foundation, an international non-profit organization. Antoine was the Canadian Yoga Coordinator for the Art of Living. This led him to teach yoga and meditation on a volunteer basis in several countries, to start and manage the Art of Living Centre in Montreal. His interest in helping people improve their physical and mental health also led him to offer manual therapies as a Registered Massage Therapist (RMQ) and as a Certified Ayurvedic Therapist (ANQ).

Since 2012, Antoine has launched Vibrations Om, a chain of wellness centers based in Montreal with the vision of helping people improve their physical and mental health. Vibrations Om in Pointe-Claire in 2012, in Saint-Laurent in 2016, in Lachine in 2019 and in Décarie in 2021. Antoine is also the founder of the two Vibrations Om professional training schools, the first offering a certification for yoga teachers recognized by Yoga Alliance, and the second offering a professional certification in massage therapy recognized by the RMQ and RITMA. Antoine is a regular presenter at major local and international yoga events and conferences. He holds a Master's degree in Urban Planning from McGill University and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with over 10 years of experience in the corporate field.

Pamela Gooria teaches yoga in all its aspects (postures, breathing techniques, meditation, mantras, service and philosophy) and her teachings are based on the ancient traditions of yoga and meditation that she received from her teacher, the internationally renowned spiritual master Sri Sri Ravi Shankar. She is also certified in Ashtanga and Sivananda yoga, Yin yoga, chair yoga, children's yoga, teen yoga and prenatal yoga. She offers classes and workshops to individuals, institutions and companies. Pamela is also a certified Ayurvedic therapist (ANQ) in marma (Ayurvedic acupressure points). Pamela is the co-owner of Vibrations Om yoga and wellness centres in Pointe-Claire since 2012, Saint-Laurent since 2016, Lachine since 2019 and Décarie since 2021.

Over the years, Pamela has been involved in several service projects with the Art of Living Foundation (an international volunteer-based non-profit NGO), including teaching yoga, meditation and breathing workshops, leading the Kids-for-Kids program in Montreal to promote human values ​​in schools and managing the Art of Living Centre in Montreal. She is also the founder of McGill University's very first yoga club, offering students yoga and stress reduction techniques. For several years Pamela led the first weekly vegetarian and vegan cooking classes in Montreal, building a community and inspiring hundreds of individuals to make healthy food choices. Pamela graduated from McGill University with a degree in Computer Engineering and left her corporate career in robotics in 2010 to share her passion for yoga. In 2015, Pamela successfully completed her personal challenge of eliminating myopia after learning, studying and practicing eye yoga every day for a year.
