From February 22 to March 15, 2026
Course Description
This course introduces massage therapists to the principles and techniques of Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD), a gentle, rhythmic method designed to stimulate lymphatic circulation and support the body’s natural detoxification processes. Inspired by the work of Dr. Emil Vodder and further developed by experts like Michael Földi, this approach is particularly effective in reducing edema, supporting the immune system, and promoting post-surgical recovery. Participants will learn the anatomy and physiology of the lymphatic system, the indications and contraindications of MLD, and practical protocols for different areas of the body. Emphasis is placed on precision, pressure, and rhythm to ensure safe and effective application. This course equips therapists to integrate lymphatic drainage into their practice or to support clients dealing with lymphatic congestion, inflammation, or water retention.
