Course Description
Immerse yourself in the fluid and enveloping world of Lomi Lomi massage, an ancient Hawaiian practice that is both deeply nourishing and spiritually rooted. This course teaches the signature techniques of Lomi Lomi — long, continuous strokes primarily performed with the forearms, mimicking the ebb and flow of ocean waves. Participants will learn to create a harmonious, meditative rhythm that promotes the release of tension and the energetic rebalancing of the body. Beyond technique, the course honors the spirit of Aloha and the practitioner’s full presence, inviting a deep connection between giver and receiver. This training is an invitation to massage with heart, awareness, and intention, while respecting Polynesian traditions.
