MOM-BABY YOGA & FAMILY YOGA
Prenatal Yoga
We offer two options for expecting mothers: Join our prenatal yoga group classes or take a private lesson to learn how to adapt yoga for pregnancy. You will then feel comfortable to join any other room temperature class offered on the schedule.
We also offer prenatal massage which is suggested during the 2nd and 3rd semester of your pregnancy.

Mom-Baby Yoga
A great way for new moms with baby (6 weeks old until crawl) to workout while bonding with their child and with other moms in the community. Enjoy both the benefits of physical exercise and the relaxed atmosphere of the studio.

For parents with their kids ages 4 to 7.
Kids Yoga
For kids ages 8 to 11
Teens Yoga
For teens ages 12 to 15
These classes invite teens to build a practice balanced between effort and relaxation. They will improve their concentration and agility thanks to dynamic sequences synchronized with breathing and will also find moments of calm and stillness to soothe anxiety and free the body and mind from the tensions accumulated in everyday life.
