Course Description
This specialized course in Deep Tissue Massage teaches massage therapists advanced techniques aimed at releasing chronic tension held in the deep muscle layers and fascia. Through a slow, precise, and mindful approach, participants will learn to use their body weight and anatomical tools such as forearms, elbows, fists, and knuckles to work deeply while respecting the body's natural pace. The course also emphasizes tactile listening, therapist ergonomics, and client communication to ensure effective and safe treatments. This training is ideal for therapists who wish to offer long-lasting, therapeutic care tailored to each client’s specific needs.
