YOGA-1
Beginner's Course
YOGA-1 is a 6-week course that has been designed to provide students with the principles and foundations of yoga. The course also includes 4 open classes that you can do at your own pace. While many people learn yoga on the fly, joining a structured class will provide you with the correct principles of alignment, movement, breathing and provide you with a deeper understanding of the philosophy at the heart of the practice. This course offers a comprehensive introduction to yoga that will allow you to learn gradually, safely and then participate in any yoga class with confidence.

YOGA-2
These classes are ideal for those who have completed YOGA-1 and wish to continue their learning or for anyone who has acquired the basic principles of yoga on their own. The classes allow you to learn classic yoga sequences. The classes each week are divided into two sections: a Workshop portion to learn the concepts followed by the practice of the class in its entirety. These three YOGA-2 classes can be done in any order.

M E T H O D With Carole Cousineau Energy A dynamic and demanding form of yoga developed by K. Pattabhi Jois, Ashtanga Yoga consists of a series of postures linked by fluid movements (vinyasas) and synchronized with breathing, promoting strength, flexibility and endurance. ART OF LIVING COURSES
The Art of Living is a non-profit organization founded by Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar. Present in 180 countries, it is dedicated to transmitting the Vedic knowledge of yoga and meditation. The courses are offered voluntarily by Antoine and Pamela, owners of Vibrations Om and senior teachers with the Foundation. The course fees contribute to the Foundation's operations and humanitarian services.
