Course Description
Rooted in traditional Indian medicine, Abhyanga massage is a complete Ayurvedic treatment aimed at harmonizing the doshas (Vata, Pitta, Kapha) and deeply revitalizing the body. This course introduces participants to the art of conscious touch using warm medicinal oils, applied with long, flowing, and enveloping strokes. Therapists will learn how to adapt their rhythm, pressure, and oil selection based on individual constitutions and observed imbalances. In addition to physical benefits such as muscle relaxation, improved circulation, and toxin elimination, Abhyanga supports emotional and mental balance. This sacred practice invites a meditative presence and deep listening — for both the one receiving and the one giving the massage.
